In brief: Midya U Advisory collects the information you choose to send us, plus limited technical information — such as IP address and pages viewed — when you visit. Our analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and does not track you across sites. Some providers, including Google and Cloudflare, store data outside Canada. We do not sell personal information and we use no advertising or analytics cookies. You may request access to or correction of what we hold, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@midyau.com.

Midya U Advisory ("Midya U Advisory," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through midyau.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. Midya U Advisory is a sole proprietorship based in British Columbia, Canada.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, book a call, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, limited technical information is collected automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, and the pages you view. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool, to understand how the Site is used.

Cookies. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) measures usage without cookies and does not track you across websites. Any cookies strictly necessary for the Site to function are used only for that purpose.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it, by emailing hello@midyau.com. Subject to legal limits, we will respond within a reasonable time.
